Privacy

The business process models that you create using Billfish BPM Studio and which you deploy to your Billfish BPM Cloud account are owned by you. Billfish Software employees do not access your process models or your process data except when necessary for maintenance, backups, and when providing you with technical support. Billfish Software technical support personnel have exclusive access to your process data. We do not monitor or share your information with anyone.

Physical Security

Billfish BPM Cloud is hosted on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud computing platform. Billfish BPM Cloud employs numerous AWS Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) instances located in the US East Region (Northern Virginia). AWS is SAS 70 Type II certified. You can read more about AWS security here.

Backup and Recovery

Billfish BPM Cloud Beta 2 has NO backup or recovery capabilities. This software is a beta release and should not be used for production business processes. Billfish BPM Cloud Beta 2 is intended for evaluation and testing purposes only. Although not likely, it is possible that your server-based process models as well as all your process data could be lost during the beta period.
